The Personae collection is a series of experiments that I made by redesigning and synthesising the main features of the face. It is inspired by Matisse and Picasso portraits made by with a single simple black line.

Ceramic vase with simple and soft shapes, finished with a glossy crystalline that makes it smooth to the touch and emphasises the facial features. It can be used both as a small sculpture and as a vase for flowers or plants, hand washing is recommended.

The union of two types of clay create this natural shades on the face mask. In order to not alter the effect of the nuance, which makes this piece unique, no glaze was used.

The Origini collection is a continues research I am doing on the traditional shapes and decorations of my native region to give them a new contemporary meaning and use. 

My personal reinterpretation of the original shape conceived on the lathe by a historic craftsman from Vietri (Vietri sul mare, Amalfi Coast, SA). The Blue Klein color in the addition to the raphia decoration gives to the piece a touch of contemporaneity and uniqueness.

Attachment is a series of creations inspired by my grandmother, her embroidery and the my memories of her. A continuous rediscovery of my family stories that influenced me unconsciously in my childhood.

Made of ceramic, it has a curvilinear organic shape. On the surface is imprinted a handmade embroidery. Finished with a white glaze, which leaves the texture of the embroidery in slight relief, it is suitable for food use. Each piece is unique therefore the shape may slightly change as well as the motif of the embroidery pattern on the top.

I believe that experiments are a fundamental part of the creative process to continue to search for new ideas, innovate and never stop learning.
